Apartment Features
Situated in the historic center of Paciano, the apartment is situated on the top (second) floor on the outer East facing wall of the town (as arrowed) and the elevated position means that the flat is bright and airy. Country facing windows have a panoramic view of the forest immediately behind and Lake Trasimeno, eight km to the North, whilst a Town facing window has a beautiful rooftop view to the Tuscan hills in the distance. We should mention that the accommodation has no disabled access.
The apartment is large by Italian holiday standards and features two good sized bedrooms, a large lounge and kitchen. They have been designed and restored by a prestigious firm of Italian architects and include new electrical and heating systems and reconditioned terracotta floors. A sofa bed add extra sleeping if required and the flat has a washing machine.
The apartment has no swimming pool itself, but a number of swimming options are available a short drive away.
