Apartment Features
Situated in the historic center of Paciano, the two apartments are located on the top(second) floor on the outer East facing wall of the town (as arrowed) and the elevated positionmeans that the flats are bright and airy. Town facing windows have a beautiful rooftop view to the Tuscan hills in the distance. Country facing windows have a panoramic view of the forest immediately behind and Lake Trasimeno, eight km to the North. We should mention that the accommodation has no disabled access.
Both apartments are large by Italian holiday standards and feature two good sized bedrooms, a large lounge and kitchen. They have been designed and restored by a prestigious firm of Italian architects and include new electrical and heating systems and reconditioned terracotta floors. Sofa beds add extra sleeping if required and each flat has a washing machine.
Whilst the two apartments are completely independent, on request an interconnecting double layer door can be unlocked to provide a joined flat for large family groups.
New for 2008/9
We have negotiated access to a private and secluded 15m swimming pool situated 4 minutes walk away just outside the village walls. This will operate between May and September. Please note that a very reasonable 6 Euro fee per person per day is payable locally if you wish to use this facility. Our patio garden (shared betweeen both apartments) and situated on the ground floor is now open for business with views through to Lake Trasimeno.
